All onesies are made to order. If you wish for any modifications, please don't hesitate
to ask.
The onesies are oversize fit, we only measure the height, if you wish for them to be extra baggy, or taller, let us know and we will be happy to adjust the pattern to suit you!
Each onesie is manufactured to fit people between 150cm and 180cm approx height,
as for waist, they are oversize so will fit most people. however if you require the onesie to be more acommodating for your figure, let us know your measurements and this can also be factored in.
Materials:
We understand that fleece can be uncomfortable for some people so we can offer alternative materials for your onesie order to be made with, just let us know which material you would like. (this may affect the price depending on which material is requested. upon your alternative material request, we will price up your order accordingly and get back to you with the adjusted price. )
Made to order designs:
if you requre a onesie unique to you, please contact us so we can discuss your design.
we are very accommodating and will always endeavour to meet your requirements.
*please note*, for these unique one-off designs there will be a set non-refundable deposit if you decide you wish to go ahead with your unique order. this is so that the materials can be purchased for the onesie.
The order will not be confirmed until deposit has been received.
Cancelation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that if deposit has already been taken, as stated it is non-refundable as we order our materials immediately upon receipt of the deposit.
If you have purchased one of our "stock" onesies (payment up-front) you will need to cancel your order within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. if you cancel your order after 24 hours you will be refunded 80% of your payment.
if you cancel your order after a week, we will not be able to refund you but we can offer you store credit to 80% of the value of your cancelled order.
Manufacture:
we aim to get your order with you within 3 to 4 weeks from date of payment/deposit received but for more complicated orders this may take longer.
**please note that if you have opted to pay a deposit, your onesie will be made, but it will not be shipped until the rest of the payment has been received in full**
In the event of material supply issues or circumstances which inhibit production, you will be contacted if your order is affected.
Intellectual property:
an important note regarding IP:
We will not manufacture onesies which include copyrighted intellectual property without the express permission of the IP owner.
for example, we could not create a onesie with a "Cradle Of Filth" band logo or slogan on it as that would be IP theft and could result in a law suit (and we can't be having that, can we?). however, if "Cradle Of Filth" asked us to make a collaborative onesie for promotional purposes, so long as there was a written agreement from the band, that would be okay. (Hope you're reading this, Dani, we would love to work with you!)
Socially unacceptable orders:
while we will always endeavour to make your dream onesie a reality, there are some lines we cannot cross for reasons of publicity:
we will never include anything that could be considered racist, homophobic or generally hateful towards specific social groups and communities in our designs.
For example if you requested a swastika in your design, it would be rejected (bet you did nazi that coming!)
